"The store representative was very polite and understanding with the fact that this establishment is only working with people who have existing account. No new accounts, or normal cash or credit card transactions. I've been here before because this establishment has the cedar lap siding I need and imoaI'm disappointed withnwith the lack of support for those of non-contractors. Guess the rest of us are not worth supporting. I completely understand the health protection posture we're in but I go to work daily and take all the necessary precautions to continue to support my customer. Guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere, if they have what I need. So thanks for the lack of support but grateful for the employee whom was understanding of my frustrations with this policy."
