"I could spend hours here. So welcoming and friendly. The Cupboards selections are fantastic. What's typically hard to find you will more than likely find here. The staff is great, and I especially wanted to compliment Kathy. What a lovely lady! Kathy spent time with us and helped us make the perfect selections. We really appreciate great, personalized customer service. It's sadly hard to find these days. This will be our newest go-to place for everything, kitchen and more! Thank you, Kathy!"

"Amazing selection of kitchen goods right in the middle of Old Town. Whether you're just browsing or stopping in to stock up, it has just about anything you'd need (including bulk coffee). I will say some of the goods in there are sold for a considerably higher price than you can find elsewhere but redeems itself by offering quirky home goods I had never seen before. A very cute place to look and the staff are friendly and helpful."

"If I could give negative stars I would. If you have a certified service animal DON’T go to this store. Yesterday was my third time making a trip to Fort Collins and wanting to specifically to go to this store for gifts. Every time my husband and I have gone into this store the staff have been rude about our service animal, and yesterday was no different. We walked into the store and made it less than 2 minutes when a clerk came up to us and rudely said “you can’t bring your dog in here.” (Our dog was wearing his Service Animal vest and was leashed, because we know this stores policies.) We informed her, he is a service animal, and not just a pet we were bringing in. She then says, “Oh, well service animals are allowed so…” then walked away. I could tell this rude behavior bothered my husband but he said we could stay so I could shop. I told him that this was the last time I would tolerate him (a veteran) and his service animal being disrespected in this store. As we left the store the clerk pointed and whispered about us to another clerk, like we were on display. I feel like this behavior happening three times to us has shown the type of store and employees that it is. I will no longer shop in this store that doesn’t show respect to ALL of its customers."

"I love this shop, they have lots of beautiful kitchenware, jams made in Colorado, gourmet food and great tableware. I bought some gifts and they did a lovely job of wrapping them for me. Nice ladies‼️"
