"I have been coming to this store for 2 1/2 years for my lotto tickets everyday: The scratch tickets have been empty now for over a week. I have not purchased from this location in over 9 days. I guess we will continue shopping down the road for our daily lottery and lotto. It’s a shame because I do love Becca and Juan."

"Unsure why there is a consistent issue with lack of product, or why they are constantly getting shipments for items that are stocked full rather than the items that are empty and have been. No clear communication on when things will be restocked, and no obvious system in place. After speaking with a neighbor, who is also a previous employee of Capitol Market, I was additionally made aware of the fact that reviews are used to reprimand employees and create what ultimately calls for a hostile work environment. It is not the customer's job to address their concerns with management directly, as we are not the ones who have hired them. It is also not your job to treat your employees as less than because a Google Review made some noise. Get it together, or at minimum, lower your prices to match the quality of the way the store is being ran."

"I come here a lot and the people working there are always exceptional but the lady that worked the convenience side around 5pm has always been really rude and unfriendly. She always treats me and others that come in like we’re the devil and I don’t even know why. She scorned at me while I looked at plants for what?"
