"Waited almost 2 hours till after my appointment time to be seen. Was jumped by one person after the next. Then when I called to get lab results, I was put on hold, then greeted like I had just called 3x while waiting. I was told someone in the back needed to give me the results so I kept on hold. During this time i got a voicemail that my results were ready, and was greeted again as if I had just called. It was then the same girl who read me the results which took a grand total of 10 seconds. I will never come here again - a waste of hours, and the staff is not nice or present in what they are currently working on (IE putting the weight they weigh in kg in lbs in my chart, come on now)"
"As a huge promoter and patient of UC Health, this experience was beyond disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment for an urgent care visit and wasn't seen for over 90 minutes. I understand that its an urgent care and there are walk in's, but this was ridiculous. One of the providers said that they'd call me with test results and never did. I havent gotten test results for 1 of the tests either."
"Excellent urgent care facility. Front desk staff was so polite and friendly and efficient with paperwork and the treating medical staff from doctor to NP to nursing staff were all great - friendly, patient listening to issues to providing medical care and treatment. Very knowledgeable staff."

Everyone from the front desk to the walk out the door were the most polite and professional group I have ever encountered! I mainly was seen by Sierra and Dr.Gerber. Thank you both so much for everything you did for me. It really has changed how I view going to the Doctors Office."
"Julie, our care provider was excellent! She went from 1 patient my dad to two, me and my dad as we both had temperatures and COVID. She called in a prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy (it was 6:00 PM.on a Friday night) and we were both able to start the antivirals that night. She was very patient and thorough."
