"I received a call after leaving a message for a quote. Then I received an email for the information needed. After sending a copy of my current renewal one copy being the declaration, I received another email asking for the declaration. I responded asking if the declaration page wasn’t the declaration and never heard another word! Guess that was to much to admit it was a mistake or even an acknowledgement! If this is the kind of response you can expect, how bad will it be if you have to file a claim? It’s been a week, Guess that business is good and there is no need for more!"
