"Came in to get windows repaired and tinted. Once the windows came in I had to wait 4 months for an opening. Dropped my car off once the time came all day and never heard back. So I called and their glass installer never showed up and they had no idea when one would come in. After a couple days I just picked up my car. They were supposed to call me when an installer would be able to come in. It's been over a month with no updates."

"I saw an ad at Autonation Ram's website for a $54.99 all-synthetic oil change, so I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my Ram 1500 Laramie, and mentioned the ad and quoted price when I called to make the appointment. When I arrived, the service writer disclaimed any knowledge of the ad, and quoted me $109 for the oil change. At my insistence, he looked at their website, but could only find an ad for a $74.95 all-synthetic oil change. Since I was having trouble finding the ad for a $54.99 all-synthetic oil change I had seen the day before on my phone, I agreed to the $74.95 oil change despite my annoyance. Upon returning to pick up my truck, the cashier presented me with an invoice for $109. I asked her to check with the service writer. Instead of immediately authorizing her to reduce the charges, he insisted that I would have to present evidence of entitlement to the reduced charge of $74.95, even though he himself had pulled up an ad for it on his terminal when I checked in! Only once I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to his colleague did he relent and approve the reduced invoice. Some might suggest I was the victim of "baiting and switching". I was indisputably the victim of lousy customer relations. In contrast, when this dealer was "Brandon Ram", the service writers (then employed there) volunteered when they had an oil change coupon, and went out of their way to ensure I was treated fairly and courteously. I have purchased three Ram trucks in the last 20 years. If and when I consider purchasing another, I will because of this shabby treatment avoid doing business with Autonation Ram."

"Dealership appointment for engine maintenance activities. Dealership rep Alex was friendly and verified the services to be performed. He outlined additional checks they do as a free service. They did the work over the time frame they stated it would take and recommended a couple things that helped improve performance. Vehicle ran great when I picked it up. I appreciated the customer shuttle home. If you need a shuttle ride back don’t miss the call when they call telling you the vehicle is ready. Shuttle coordination without having to talk to the service rep would be a nice feature to add either with a phone option or text message. Other than the convenience feature the work they did was great and the vehicle was well cared for with protective plastic on seat and paper on floor board. Check out was easy and they answered my questions - very professional. Thanks."

"Have purchased, traded, and had service done at this dealership with no issue in the past. After purchase by AutoNation I would not recommend any level of business interaction with them. Took my vehicle in for service after scheduling an appointment in early December, but was told they were unable to diagnose it until February at the earliest. Dropped it off on February 5th per scheduled appointment for diagnosing under factory warranty and waited over a month for an update. Vehicle was never looked at after repeated calls to service manager and was told it could take as long as two more weeks for diagnosing. Overall took 2.5 months to be stuck with the same issue. During this time I negotiated a deal for the dealership to purchase my truck and was given a written price offer via text for 70k. This offer was then reneged on with an excuse from “management”. I’ve never had an offer taken back after being written down at a car dealership before and wouldn’t bother trying to do business for service or purchasing again."
