"In the past, I have done business with several NAPA Auto Care shops around town. They have all lost my business. It was very refreshing to find Urban Autocare and give them a try on my 2008 Ford Ranger pickup. They kept me informed at every step of the way, gave me choices about parts, and offered a nationwide warranty that I've never had before. All of this at a competitive price. Most of the NAPA shops that I've dealt with won't even talk about diagnostic fees until they have your vehicle captive. This Urban Autocare location had my vehicle done in one day and offered me a ride to and from my house. Awesome! Now, my one complaint. My Urban Autocare invoice showed several photos from the time that you check the vehicle in, the problems found, the alignment results, etc. So, to the issue. When I got home and tried to view these images, they WILL NOT enlarge and/or rotate to be able to read ANYTHING they are trying to convey. Also, the invoice is nine pages long. Really? You cannot document my vehicle with s shorter invoice? PLEASE fix these issues, especially the photo enlargement. I would like to see how my alignment has changed. Thanks."

Love the transparency and communication as lots of details including breakdown of labor and parts and photos were provided via the app. Mathew and Jonathan were both wonderful. I so appreciate that they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were honest and laid out what repairs were more urgent vs ones that could wait. I never felt pressured and every interaction with the team was a good one. Repairs were done well and in a timely manner too."
