GrandView at Flatirons

"We have been at Grand View for two weeks now and only have good things to say. Our neighbors are nice, the front office team, Especially Katie, is fabulous, maintenance staff seem busy and efficient, the apartments themselves are nice and updated. I have only been communicated to in a respectful and courteous way even when I made a mistake with payment. I work from home 90% of the time, so I’m home quite a bit, and I literally almost never hear my neighbors. We appreciate the office/management team’s efforts to reduce smoking and pet waste causing disturbances. We like everything about living here and definitely feel as if we get a great value for the cost of rent. The fees to pay your balance online are about $70 which was kind of shocking but I understand that is not necessarily under Grand View’s control. 5 out of 5 overall :)"

"I’ve lived at Grand View for just over 2 years so far, and I love it here! I work from home, and it’s super quiet during the day. I’ve never had problems with my car getting broken in to, and most of the time, I even get a super close parking spot to my apt. Maintenance responds quickly every time, especially with emergency requests. They’re also very pet friendly, with awesome walking trails nearby. Plus, everyone is very friendly around the community. Great place to live!"

"Grand View at Flatirons is my absolute favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in before! The community is very safe, the neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are awesome. It’s conveniently located close to Boulder and Broomfield/Westminster with lots of restaurants and shops. The leasing staff at Grand View are very friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance team addressing issues professionally and in a timely manner. I love all of the dogs in the complex as well as the dog park and dog wash. My favorite part of our apartment is the wood-burning fireplace. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, well-maintained apartment complex in Colorado. ❤️"

"My husband & I are both night shift nurses and cannot say enough great things about this place. It’s probably the most soundproof apt building we’ve lived in, which is super important when we had to sleep during the day before work. The manager, Michael is very attentive and keeps the place running on point. The maintenance staff were very helpful, friendly, and cool guys. The best part was the layout of the apt. The bedrooms were completely separate from the living room/kitchen area, adding a feeling of privacy. Also, the 2 balconies were huge, which our cats loved lounging on!"

"We love GrandView! We moved from the east coast over a year ago and Michael made the cross-country transition to our new home as easy as possible. The maintenance team is always quick to respond, the dog park is a great for both dogs and people to make some friends, and we love the gym, pool, and hot tub (especially during winter). The amenities are great and the location is perfect. We’re close to Boulder and downtown Louisville, and we love having nearby bike trail access. Having bike storage is a huge plus too!!"
