"FROM JULY 2023-I just moved in last month and mostly Maverick in office who did a fantastic job [btw] helped with my move in. I did had a couple service requests in and the prompt attention to my issues I feel needs to be recognized. Justin from maintenance has been very responsive through app and email. they both in my honest opinion have set the bar pretty high as far as customer service. They do excellent work and quick to resolve any issues i had have to date. thanks gentlemen. FROM 3-25-2024 So far all issues i have had concerns with have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner, the staff Trinity, Marrissa, Justin, Maverick, Daniel and newly appointed manager Leslie have been excellent communicating to me and handling any and all concerns i have had to date, thanks to everyone for a job well done."

"I would give this place 0 stars. We booked a tour at 10 am and nobody was there to see us. We tried to call them but nobody answered. Waste of our time, very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Very bad management!!!"

"I live at Centre Court Apartments and there isn’t enough parking. I parked in the old Alfalfa’s lot since the store is closed and the businesses around it never have more than a couple of people in them. I’ve done this before several times without an issue. I left to go to the gym this morning and my car was nowhere to be found. I went into one of the businesses and a girl directed my attention to a small, dark blue towing sign. My car was towed 25 miles away and cost $320 to be released. This is a shady practice and a blatant money grab. Parking is not an issue here in Louisville, particularly with an empty grocery store parking lot. This is not downtown Denver. I wanted other residents to be aware so this doesn’t happen to them. "I enjoy staying at Centre Court. The place is located close to Open Spaces and is a short commute to Boulder. Maverick, the Leasing Manager, is very helpful and dependable."

"We recently moved out of this apartment complex because they raised the rent over $300 over two years. The management company changed and became very rude, unresponsive to maintenance requests. They tried to refuse to fix our washing machine just because we had given our move-out notice. They constantly threaten to tow your car if you don't park within the scant free parking, but charge $35-75 for underground parking in a non-busy area. The price depends on the person! When we moved out I worked very hard to make the apartment spotless, but they still charged us over $500 OVER our security deposit for cleaning/carpet replacement/repainting (so over $1000 total). Then they told us we had to pay this charge through a third party that is absolutely impossible to get a hold of, and neither this company not the apartment complex have provided any support or follow up. It's a nice apartment, but not worth the $2400/month rent plus all the BS with moveout."
