"ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET AHOLD OF MAINTENANCE. FIRST UNTI 2ND FLOOR WASHER HAS QUIT. SHOULD BE EASY FIX THEY JUST CAME AND FIX THE DRYER SOON AS WE LET EM KNOW AND ITS THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE WASHED . THANKS"
"Ever since King Home and Land took over these apartments they went to trash. My heater broke and it was my fault even though their maintenance man broke it. They refused to put a screen on my daughter bedroom window. Knowing she might be allergic to bees. They never fixed anything! To top it off they kicked us out for no reason. Just refused to sign a lease. They don’t care how the property is taken care of or what gets fixed! I definitely recommend not renting from here! Funny how they say I was given the chance to move into a new apartment! No I wasn’t. You gave me no choice. When I asked Jen she said that nothing was open. My back door was frosted from your maintenance man breaking my heater after he was supposed to fix it! The trash has been laying outside for months on the snow and now it’s just laying there. Those mail boxes have been broke since you guys took over! Tried to get them fixed but no one cares! Excuses is all this is!"
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!. Zero Stars!!!! They practice illegally then lie about their immoral and unethical practices. The business that owns it is abhorrent and Julian Cummings is a dispicable piece of trash."
"The manager Julia was so nice and helpful very sweet lady to work with. Roger the maintenance man was also very nice handy man to fix things."
