"This place pushes expensive procedures that your pets don't need in order to make more money. There is no option to pay bills (thousands of dollars) over time unless you sign up for their Optimum plan, which sells you a bunch of garbage you don't need. They don't care about your pets - they care about dollars. Avoid."

"The vets techs were unable to complete the cat nail trimming but still charged us full price. Also, they forgot to do the nail trimming the first go-around, which meant we had to again pull our cats out of their carriers and send them into the back for a second time."
