"I literally was referred here because I'm medication intolerant and I already see the gastrologist within Saint Anthony's but they denied me because they are not able to treat my condition currently. They can't treat it if I'm unable to ingest the medications that's the whole point of them sending me to a specialist to figure out why I'm not able to ingest these medications on top of having hypothyroidism I have CRPS. I need a specialist to deal with this but yet Saint Anthony's is going to deny me service, yet my gastrologist recommended them. Don't waste your time with their process of waiting a week to find out if you are going to be accepted here just move on to a different specialist that actually cares about your well-being and not that you're just another number coming through their door.... I'd give zero Stars if I could.... And the staff is very rude. If you have a debilitating condition such as I do, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time...The screen their patients based on race and insurance...."

"Very disappointed. I went with my Mom today for her appointment as her primary care doctor had suggested this specific location. Some of the staff were extremely rude. As a business that is supposed to help people, y'all have failed. The lack of support and respect that was held for my Mom was disgusting. It's not even customer service, it's being a decent human. As my Mom was a new patient, this first time experience wasn't welcoming whatsoever. The women at the front desk were kind so I know that it's not this whole facility - but it's important to know that even a few individuals can discourage someone from coming to your facility and continuing treatment with you. The nurse that came in to talk to my Mom - I don't know if we caught her on a bad day but she was very hurtful. Do better and just be nice."
