"We stopped by this store to check out some mattresses and had some questions. Skyler welcomed us into the store with a smile while answering all the questions we had. He showed us a few mattresses of which we loved. We placed our order after finding the one we liked while respecting our budget. He educated us in the sheets that are made specifically for our new mattress. Very pleased with the service of this store and will be coming back for pillows or more sheets in the near future."
"***DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED*** The photo attached is of a $6,000 I10 bed that is now sitting against a wall after 7 days of the absolute worst sleep of my life... Mind you the only reason it's sitting against the wall currently is because, The worst customer service to go along with the worst bed is making me wait 31 days to return it!!! Oh and the best part is. I am now stuck with a $4,000 adjustable base. Do yourself the biggest favor you can and just don't even bother going in. It's a $6,000 glorified air mattress. I literally went and bought a temperpedic today because I cannot sleep on that sleep number bed another night. EDIT: Rob at this store promised us white glove treatment after we purchased our bed. That is the futherst statement from how the customer service truly is. Buyer be warned. It's a giant SCAM"
