In couples work, we teach Gottman's Theory to help develop communication skills, create shared meaning, manage conflict, and foster intimacy.
Our approach includes Gestalt exercises, grounding techniques, personality theory, and exploring Love Languages to help clients achieve healing, intimacy, and fulfillment. We believe that the real work happens outside the counseling office, but inside our sessions, we provide a supportive and guiding environment for clients to explore, identify, and meet their goals.
