During procedures, he always stops to make sure I'm okay. His office provides blankets (I’m always freezing) and water to make you feel more at home. Even beyond that, Dr. Richter gave me his cell phone number after my procedure and told me to feel free to call whenever. Dr. Richter and his staff treat me like a member of their family."

I had to get an implant on that same front tooth and had no insurance. He not only worked with me on it, but did an amazing job (the upper front is a VERY big deal)! His staff remembered me every time I came in and were always a step more then friendly, right up to personable. I could never even imagine someone having something negative to say about the office - especially when it's clear every time that I go that there is a huge client base. My sister goes to him as well and feels the exact same way. He is so so nice and truly cares about his patients. He went out of his way for me when other dentists were clearly just trying to rack my bill up with services."
