"My child has been here twice. And both visits, I will tell you , I’d give a 5 based on kindness due to his autism. However, the pure negligence I experienced today, I have to share so no one else experiences. If they make it right I will change the review. The first time my child came to this dentist was in February 2023. Exam went well. Staff and dentist were kind and seemed thorough. There were no issues I was told and we were on our way for the next 6 months. Fast forward to today, in August 2023. We go in for his 6 month check up, and see a different dentist. She pulls on his X-ray from FEBRUARY and says “he has cavities.” I am confused by this and she even states that cavities can grow fast in children. I am very upset by this news. She then tells me they can do the fillings with sedation and the anesthesiologist comes in twice a month. Ok. So we leave and go to schedule. The soonest they can schedule is DECEMBER 2023. My son is getting antsy so we leave and I call later in the morning to speak to the manager. I tell her the clinic was negligent in not telling me my child had cavities. She was very argumentative with me and her argument was that she was not the manager then. That doesn’t matter. You are the manager now and this needs to be made right. She said I was on a waitlist me that kids can’t just be moved around. Well look, my child has now gone 6 months with cavities that I would have immediately fixed had your doctors been competent enough to tell me. So fix this and I will change the review. My child deserves the same swift care as these other children."
