We discussed options for mouth guards/ retainers for night time clenching & I was able to schedule a follow-up visit to take molds within the same month - A note to the flexibility of his schedule & willingness to help his patients. "I was traveling on vacation and developed some tooth pain. I searched for dentists in the area and then as always looked at the google reviews. Dr Geis had 41 reviews all 5 stars (now 42). I called at 5:50 pm on Tuesday and the receptionist (Dr Geis himself answered the phone) asked me some questions and then scheduled me for an appointment Wednesday morning at 10am. Upon arrival the receptionist (again Dr Geis) gave me the necessary paperwork and checked me in. I was quickly seen by an absolutely wonderful assistant who was a pleasure to work with. She had an amazing personality and a real joy to talk with. She took my x-rays and shortly after I received my diagnosis from Dr Geis. I needed a root canal. Great on vacation for 2 more weeks. What shall I do? Well Dr Geis recommend a root canal expert in the area and I made a call. They got me in 2 hours later for a root canal. On my way out of the office, I walked past the receptionist who was now at her desk and noticed she looked pregnant and nearly ready to have a baby. She was telling me about her day and it looks like not only was Dr Geis excellent with patients but he was also jumping in to help his receptionist who needed extra time somewhere that was baby related. Even though I will most likely never come back to Dr Geis because I am from Wisconsin, I would give him and his staff 6 stars if I could. Thank you for being there for me.
