"I had a very good experience with the UC Urgent Care this week. The front end staff were very polite and expedient; which is appreciated when you are injured seeking help. They got me in to a room quickly and conducted the standard stages of care very efficiently. They were compassionate and communicative, I felt very confident in their consultation and treatment. I also appreciated very much their transparency with costs and fee structure. As a rule of thumb I never review large corporate businesses, ever.
