"My first experience with Functional Performance PT was for a shoulder injury. I enjoyed the physical therapist his name was Spencer he was excellent. The 3 star rating comes from the scheduling process the clinic follows and after my initial visits. I was planning a knee replacement in February of 2024 so I scheduled my initial evaluation & all my appointments for my knee replacement several months back which was recommended at the time by the staff. The knee replacement went as planned got my PT script from my doctor, start my PT 7 to 10 days after surgery. We scheduled the first appointment 2 days after the surgery. So when I received the script from the doctor that said 7 to 10 days. I called functional performance immediately, the call went to VM. I never heard back, so I called back the next day and that’s when Nancy informed me that they had gotten my VM & canceled all my appointments. Nancy explained they canceled all my appointments because the initial evaluation had been pushed back. I thoughts was terrible service and there was so many other options we could have revised besides cancellation of ALL my appointments. It was ridiculous that they would cancel all those appointments that we took the time to schedule knowing that I could get there, knowing that they were consistent, knowing that it would be a good rehab plan for my knee and now we could not reschedule to meet the doctors window of 7 to 10 days And the following appointment would be random different time & different therapist etc. they seem like a good facility good equipment, good therapist I’ve been in flexible with their process of their procedures for scheduling was ridiculously poor service in my opinion I found a different PT. I hope this helps. Maybe you can head this issue off of the pass for the next person."
