"The worst experience with car insurance ever. The young girl in office refused to give me her name or a managers name or number. She was very rude very unprofessional and didn’t want to help get me a policy I first called was put on hold for twenty minutes then told she was busy and would call back, I never received a call back and had to call again, I went in person since I was three blocks away to find she was not busy other than busy on her cell phone alone in the store no clients or phone calls . I would take my business elsewhere rather than deal with her."
"DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE. There is a young hispanic petit girl that works here she likes to sit on her phone and claim she is very busy. She is very rude as well and refuses to give her name I would rather take my business down the street than have to deal with the hassle of an unhappy employee who takes it out on customers. It’s unfortunate the lack of professionalism."
