"I would give this a zero rating if I could but it wasn’t an option. Dr. Kevin Andrus is the reason anyone should go to this facility. Unfortunately, he is no longer there and has moved out of state. I became sick with the flu and during that time my tooth, which had a root canal done by Dr. Andrus, became infected. This was a known and charted issue I had previously and was documented by Dr. Andre’s. I called down to have a discussion with him or someone else as my mouth was on fire and at that point multiple teeth had become painful to the touch, reaching up to the bridge of my nose. It was then I was instructed Dr. Andrus no longer works here. I asked if I could speak with someone else as I was having mouth issues and could not be seen due to being sick. NOT ONE DR. WOULD GET ON THE PHONE. They refused to talk to me live even after explaining I was unable to be seen today or the following day due to illness and not wanting to spread the virus. I was told they refused to discuss anything over the phone. I will never go back there and suggest you don’t either now that Dr. Andrus is gone. I had another Dr. get me what was needed so the infection in my mouth didn’t spread to become something worse, potentially sepsis."

"Needs better communication #1. This is my second root canal with them. Not same tooth!! Both very successful. However, the first time around the filling that was placed on the crown was not temporary and did not need to be replaced by my dentist. It almost feels like a kickback to the referring dentist, not cool, or OK. It’s my decision as a patient and I wasn’t given one. Also, the x-ray that I had for my dentist was not used and they did their own. I’m sure I was charged for it. #2 Also, it is not communicated very well, how long one should expect to have residual pain after the procedure. This root canal was four days ago and I am still experiencing pain. Much less so but I don’t know how long this is going to last."

"Best root canal experience I've ever had. Dr Horsley is a slick technician and a comforting doctor. He has a great team. I was in and out quicker than I thought possible and when the local wore off I had almost no discomfort. If you live within 1000 miles go see him."

"Great experience in this office. The staff was really great. I have “dentist anxiety,” for sure as soon as I get in the chair I tense up. Dr Horsley was awesome and kept Me up to speed on what was going on. The whole procedure was quick and painless. I mean as root canals go this was the best one. Great Doctor"
