"Ordered yesterday online. Went to go pull it out from the fridge and come to find a long black hair literally underneath the cheese and pepperoni sticking out on the dough!! Disgusting! Are hair nets just not a thing anymore?? Neither is proper hair maintenance in the food areas?? I don't even want to eat it anymore. Who knows if there's more hair or god knows what else in that pizza... Basically, $11 down the drain, ridiculous!"
"GROSS! My daughter and I ordered a pizza each and we BOTH had hair on our pizzas! Mine had a small hair on top of the plastic that I noticed as I left the store. I should've checked it then. The hair was not just on top but really threaded into the ingredients on both of them. Definitely not coming back here again! Will drive an extra 5 minutes to go elsewhere. GROSS."
"I have ordered from this Papa Murphy's numerous times and everything usually goes great. However, I recently ordered take out on a Saturday night and added 3 extra toppings for a Chicago style pizza. We baked the pizza and realized all 3 toppings were missing and there was very little sauce and hardly any regular toppings. Very disappointing."

"This is my go to Pappa Murphy's location. They are very generous with the fixings in their salads, and I appreciate that. I dislike paying full price for a skimpy salad. The staff are nice and friendly...even on Tuesdays and Fridays when they are incredibly busy. 1/20/24 Shrinkflation has come to this Pappa Murphy's. They increased their Tuesday special from $10 to $10.99 for a large pizza. That would of been reasonable - but then I got my Gourmet Vegetarian Pizza. It was not the usual and customary pizza with generous toppings - it was a visibly skimpy large pizza. Sad. I know food is costing more so it is reasonable to increase prices - but it is NOT acceptable to decrease the quality of their product. This hands the consumer a double whammy! I am getting tired of this type of greed in American businesses. I just have to decide if the convience of their pizza is worth patronizing a business with these corporate values."
