"Staff was amazing. Drinks were good, but not huge fan of the food. Ordered tacos and tortilla were not warmed up and tacos broke apart. I can better tacos at taco truck for half the cost. Was super crowded."
"Love this place! Great vibes, friendly staff, awesome food. Really feels like a place where you can hang for a bit, meetup with a friend, it feels like home. I recommend the Big Dill! It's not overwhelming with dill and really tasty. They have mermaid kombucha as well. Sorry brunch gals- no mimosas on the menu that I saw, but they have an amazing espresso bar!"
"Tasty food and easy seating late on a Saturday morning. We were quoted a 20 min wait but the two of us were able to immediately sit at the counter. Walnut Cafe had a lot of tables inside and out with quick turnover. Though the patio states no pets, there were two dogs outside sitting or snuggled in their fur parent’s jacket, so maybe it depends on how tolerant the other patrons are. The food was tasty but the one thing that was not what I expected was the buttermilk biscuits which were essentially baked like a cake and cut into chunks. They were dry and very crumbly. I’d not recommend them as a side. The cornbread however was cooked the same way and wonderful."
"My husband and I stayed at an Airbnb right up the street and the host recommended the walnut café. When we got there, there were a lot of people sitting in the outdoor area, but we were seated almost right away. The outdoor area was great because almost everyone had a dog so it was fun to see all the pups enjoying the sun. We had the most lovely server who was attentive and super friendly. Our food was delicious! I altered the egg sandwich to have it on a bagel, and I also added avocado, we got the blueberry cornbread, and pancakes. My only complaint is that the coffee tasted burnt. There is a ton of outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well. We would absolutely go back!"
