"The new office manager is awesome she is caring, respectful, easy to talk to, helpful and understanding. She always have a smile on her face and very welcoming. I cannot remember her name but I do know she is the new office manager."

"I had lived here for 3 1/2 years. The first couple of years were ok and then it went down hill. Leasing office seem to be always closed whith a sign saying be back in 15 minutes. The assistance property manager lived next door to me and they would always be slamming the doors. She and her husband abused the rules and regulations. I kept to myself until some kids moved in upstairs, it was their first time rent. I complained my last 6 months before moving out. My rent always went up every year about 80-90 dollars. I didn't sign a new lease because what I was paying for was over priced. The leasing office was never consistent on hours of being open. For someone looking to rent here giving a heads up keep looking. Also I cleaned my unit after move out and I guarantee I wont see my deposit."

"Lived here for about 4 months, broke my lease and got out. From desk / management was opening mail and stealing packages, pool and hot tub were never clean and smelled horribly. Terrible communication from staff and management. When I was able to actually get ahold of someone they were typically rude. Expect high rent for something that’s worth much less. Better off moving downtown CO springs, it would be much more enjoyable."

"Ridgeview Place has an awesome staff to help with anything you might need. For that I'm very thankful. My move in situation was a little unique and the staff made it all work out. The property is kept up very nicely. When holidays come around, the apartments hold some special event for the tenants to attend. They helped the USPS by putting the tenants packages in the office where we could come get them and not have them possibly stolen. Not that any tenant of Ridgeview Place would do that. :-) I have very quit neighbors. There are is a washer/dryer for tenants in each section. I could probably go on and on, but the truth is the staff works hard to make it a very nice place to live !!!!!"

"We have been here for about 3 weeks. Can't thank Louise enough due to how reliable and understanding of a manager she is. We have gone through our fair share of management and she is the only one who actually shows she cares and we couldn't be more appreciative. Louise is always available and easy to reach. We were debating on one other properties however, Louise convinced us on this property and we couldn't be more happy. She's an amazing manager we couldn't be more appreciative of her and with her being able to work with us. The property itself is very beautiful, lots of grass which works out because we have a dog that loves grass. They have an on-site laundry mate per- apartment complex. They have an inside and outside pool, inside hot tub, sauna, gym, dog wash. We haven't tried the dog wash yet but are very excited when we are fully settled in we plan on giving it a try."
