"EDIT: Once Maddi left, everything went downhill. The new management was nothing short of incompetent. The Temp that they hired was more help than the manager herself. Absolute mess. Moved in almost a year ago and I’ve loved it. The first couple of months was a bit rocky with management change but I absolutely adore Maddi and her team. She is extremely helpful and eager to help. I do have a renovated apartment which I love and pay a decent price."
"Previous property management people were great. Current ones. .. are not. Additionally, there is a huge cockroach infestation and they charge ridiculous amount of "extra" fees every month. The washers and dryers never work. I moved in in March of 2023, and will not be renewing my lease here in 54 days when it ends."

"I lived at this apartment complex for 4 years now and I have to say we had some up and downs but ever since dunmire took over and has gotten way better. Maddi works really hard around the clock to Make sure all emergencies are handled with care and you receive a confirmation. She even takes the time to check her emails after hours and will email you back to let you know that she has read your emails and are working really hard to complete them. She's very understanding but she is also no fool. The maintenance guys are very polite and respectable when they enter your home they are also polite to your animals they work really hard and I'm glad that they run my apartment complex."
"I have live in since Oct2021 No major issues at all. I Move from a nursing home to here and I Am very happy here. Madi been very quick to fix any issues with the apartment. It’s a safe place to live and they do take pets. They will Take section 8 and the apartments have been remodeled. More value for your money here They always spray for bugs and I never had any bad experience with them I recommend"
