"My family and I went to see Dr. McFarland on Monday 8/8/16. My experience of her was she has not done enough work to contain psychological defensives. Her ability to contain my family members anger and rage was marginal; she had no capacity to hold me or family member accountable in the moment for any feelings other than anger. This led to my family's defensiveness/reactiveness running the show. If you are looking to transcend family problems I would not see Dr. McFarland."
