Founder of The Counseling Place, I hold a BA and MSW from the University of Denver, along with various certifications in addiction counseling, EMDR therapy, executive coaching, business coaching, and Emergenetics coaching.

With nearly 20 years of experience and over 25,000 hours of working with clients, I use techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and coaching strategies to help individuals break through old patterns and reach their full potential. Our goal-oriented Executive Coaching program focuses on assessing and eliminating behaviors that hold you back in the workplace and in your personal life, while also teaching stress management and self-care skills.
