"This is not going to be your normal review. I did not buy a product or service. I did spend some quality time speaking with Brandon from their customer service. We spoke for nearly an hour. I have a spa that is 10 years old, build into a deck and is leaking. We discussed removal of deck for repairs, new spas and how to better install them for service. At the end of the conversation I decided to remove the spa myself and complete the deck in that spot. It was the time Brandon took and his knowledge that left me feeling like he understood where I was at. When the time comes to install a new spa Atlantis will be a the top of my list based on the high quality of customer service I have already received."
"Came out to check our hot tub, the guy they sent, didnt even have tools and even asked to use our tools and walked around not being able to even get into the tub. Then said he couldnt fix it. Lol. Then sent an invoice for 350.00!!! Total Ripoff!!!!!!! Seriously! So dishonest!"
