"Evo Denver mounted my bindings to my new skis earlier this month. As soon as I took them outside, I noticed one of the screws on the toe hadn't even been driven in to the ski. I immediately took them back in and they drove that visible screw in and said that the skis were good to go. They offered me a free standard tune to make up for the mistake and I accepted it. Today, I had a minor crash and instead of the binding ejecting my boot, the rear binding was completely ripped out of the ski. As seen in the photos, the screws are barely poking out of the binding and were clearly never fully driven in to the ski either. I called to see if they would warranty the repair and they refused. So I took my skis to another shop. Update 2/6/24: I reached out to the email address that the store supervisor provided and they did make an effort to make things right. They issued a full refund for the original mount. Although this was a big one, mistakes do happen and I respect that the store does follow up to remedy situations like this. I figured that's worth a couple more stars."

"I strongly recommend the Boot Fitting Service. Not only do you get a foot bed and socks worth nearly the cost, you get a full hour and a half of pro-advice, selection tips and product comparisons. You get custom fitting and adjustment of the boots you select and a warrantee to make them right as needed. It was an experience I have never seen in all my years of skiing. "It looks as if it had tons of boards and ski gear including a nice rental/fitting area of sorts. The apparel side of the store was underwhelming. I wasn't impressed with the staff's helpfulness either. They had a very limited selection of what I was looking for."

"J at Evo truly went the extra mile during my ski boot fitting! Recognizing the challenge with my hard-to-fit leg shape, J brought over 10+ pairs for me to try. His enthusiasm and dedication paid off as we found the perfect boots. Even at 4 pm, J managed to persuade the shop to fit the new boots to my bindings, ensuring I could ski the very next day. I've skied in my new boots twice and they're so comfortable all day. Having a well fit boot has made my skiing experience so much more enjoyable. An absolutely stellar 11/10 experience thanks to J's kindness, expertise and commitment!"

"I'm brand new to snowboarding this season and all the different options out there can be pretty intimidating. I went to evo to familiarize myself with different gear and try on snowboarding boots, not sure I'd go home with anything. Aaron was extremely helpful and brought out several brands and styles of boots for me to try on in different sizes. The first few didn't work out at all and I was feeling a little discouraged that I wasn't going to find the right fit. He recommended the Women's Vans Encore Pro Snowboard Boots and they fit like a glove. I was super stoked and was excited to buy them! He also talked to me about different snowboards and helped me get a better idea of what would work best for me. I never felt any pressure to purchase anything, the whole experience was a good vibe. Bonus - my friends enjoyed complimentary beers while they waited for me and watched me try on boot after boot. Highly recommend this store!
