I pawned an $800 spray gun and didn't pay all the payments to keep it in so it didn't go onto ghe floor to be sold and I came to get it back and they still had it for me and didn't sell it. "SOMETIMES IT GETS SO BUSY THAT IT FEELS IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE IGNORED. BUT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR PRESENCE AND GET TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. EVEN WHEN SOMEONE IS HAVING A BAD DAY THE OWNER TALKS TO THEM AND JOKES WITH THEM PUTTING A SMILE ON THEIR FACES. PRICES SEEM HIGH ON SOME ITEMS BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO GO AS LOW AS POSSIBLE TO FIT YOUR BUDGET. "They have a sign up saying they're going out of business and everything must go. Recently I had a bicycle stolen so I thought I might be able to find one at a good price here. I was wrong. They have a Schwinn bicycle there that needs work, when I offered what I thought was fair I was told that it "sells for $400 on ebay". It doesn't. Like I don't have a phone I can google right then and there? It sells for roughly half that price NEW. Maybe other people have better experiences. I'm not a fan of being blatantly lied to."
"Probably the best pawn shop in the springs. I just bought a vacuum after looking for one for a few days and their customer service was phenomenal. They spoke to me and asked if I needed help immediately but weren't in anyway pushy. They also worked with me on the price and did a full test in front of me. Between the prices and the customer service I'll definitely be back."
