"As part of my employer's employee assistance program, Mines offered to find me a mental health therapist who could work around my schedule. After 2.5 months they have sent me only two therapist's info and one of them does not work later on weekdays, which was one of my requirements. I had a similar experience back in 2017 when Mines sent me a page of therapists to contact. Not one of the therapists that I left msgs for called me back. Several of the therapists, Mines had outdated info for and they were no longer anywhere near me. I don't like therapy by telehealth. I had made Mines aware of that. No one from Mines ever followed up with me and I was unable to use my employer's eap (which covers 6 free appts). I found a therapist on my own."
