"I went there for my root canal and a new bridge. Dr Pham is wonderful and professional. She listened to my concerns and helped me to come up with the best solution. She was gentle and compassionate. I’d that they used a topical benzocaine first before injections that helped a lot for me fear of pain. I only feel bad that the facility doesn’t have good equipments for the dentist to work. There isn’t an overhead light for the assistant to help the dentist and the table is too small for their equipments. Also, my husband said that Dr Pham had to stand the whole time working on me. I hope the owner will improve the working conditions for their staffs."

"Great place! I just moved here from Chicago and needed a new place. Was recommended this office and so I went. I worked with the hygienist Adrian. There were cute customized welcome signs for me which made me feel very welcome. Adrian was gentle and very informative on every step of the cleaning. He had great recommendations to help tackle some stuff I needed to focus on when brushing my teeth. The conversation was fun and my smile looks great! Would totally recommend working with Adrian!"

"I'm wondering how this practice has managed to earn nearly a 5-star review with 200 reviews. Now I know from another recent reviewer: They used to enter you into a raffle for a very nice prize if you leave a positive review but now a positive review isn't required anymore, and many of the positive reviews you see on here are from that time. I've called multiple times to talk about my care and treatment plan and Fox Creek Broomfield will not answer the phone. Left messages. I just called recently x 2, they picked up and hung up immediately both times. Horrible service. I informed them 3-4 different ways & times before my initial appointment as a new patient that I'm extremely nervous and sensitive and they took no pro-action to show they understood that. My cleaning was terribly painful due to sensitivity. The hygienist added topical anesthetic only after I asked for it, but it didn't work well enough. I couldn't complete my cleaning. I have since been trying to chat briefly with the dentist (Dr. Pham) to express my experience and how we can plan for my next visit to be more comfortable, but as I mentioned above, I cannot get through. I will not likely be back."
