"Agreeing with other reviews that they do NOT do their homework on insurance coverage and charges!! Be prepared for a surprise bill if you come here. I told them I got X-rays in fall of 2022 and they said since it was more than a year they'd be covered, but my insurance actually only covers them every 3 years. Called the insurance company and all of this was on record, they just never checked!"

"During my visit, I underwent a regular dental clean-up and the dentist suggested that I undergo treatment for gingivitis, and unfortunately, I was not informed that this service would not be covered by my insurance. I was only told after the treatment and during billing. This lack of communication about insurance coverage surprised me and resulted in unexpected charges of $245. This is a huge amount! They should have carefully discussed insurance coverage and associated costs beforehand to avoid any surprises. I was really disappointed! Despite this billing hiccup, I want to acknowledge the quality of care provided during the visit."
