"The staff at this Wallgreens is appallingly bad at their job. I had made a vaccination appointment days ahead of time on the web site. When I arrived they had no clue how to match my appointment id with their online system. They apparently also didn't have any of vaccines I had booked online available. Didn't even bother to check their stock, just waved me away and said they don't do these vaccines, although I had literally used their website to book it. I will never set foot in this Wallgreens again."
"Despite recent long wait times in the pharmacy drive-through, the pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the pharmacists went out of her way to help me with refilling my daughter's prescription when there was an insurance issue. I will always use this location as my pharmacy of choice!"
"Waiting on the phone for 15 minutes to refill prescriptions is not okay, then going to pick them up only to find that the pharmacy closed early because of staffing problems. Come on, folks. Pay your employees better and you might be able to get better help!"
"I had a prescription for 20 pills, only 12 pills were in the container. I tried calling and they did nothing to fix the problem and then hung up on me. I'm not mad about having less pills, Im mad that someone would take pills away from a customer knowing that no one would believe the customer. Please check your employees, this is not okay."
