"Use to like shopping here now definitely considering never returning. Not sure who this store new manger is but she is definitely a mistake. Longer lines to get in and out of the store than ever. Also overheard her belittling an employee. Corporate really needs to look into this manger before they have a lawsuit on your hands, she definitely is not doing you any favors."
"This place used to be a nice store to go to but ever since the new GM Anna has taken over she had run it into the ground. There are very little employees left in the store because she has ran them off with her tyrant attitude. Last week I was shopping and there was only 6 employees in the store and 1 cashier, Anna the GM was running the Cafe because all the Cafe workers quit and all she was doing was yelling at her employees the entire time I was in the store. I have friends who worked there with Anna and they told me they left because they felt unsafe with her there and not to mention multiple ex-employees have watched Anna sit and belittle employees with other COS (Front of store team leads) and doing nothing about it. The labor board is going to be called and so will ethics on her. It will be so nice once Costco opens up here and Sam's goes out of business."
"Never an issue with this Sam's. Fuel prices here are cheaper than other gas stations in the area. Scan & Go is the best option to avoid lines. Curb site pickup is great if you can get your order in early enough you might be able to have same day pickup, although late. Better at keeping items in stock, and still working on more variety. Overall, one of the better Sam's we've come across."
"Who ever was working at the Sam's club cafe with a beard was AMAZING. Even with a packed line he had a great attitude and went above and beyond. Give this man a raise. King behavior 10/10"
"They had everything I needed for Thanksgiving! I am a happy camper! The check out was quick considering I like to have a real person as I use my card, and then at the register make a payment! For some reason they don't want you making a payment at customer service, that still baffles me! So all good! Nice cashier too! Very friendly and helpful! Happy Thanksgiving!"
