"I have lived at this property going on four years. The property is immaculate! Quiet, everyone is super friendly. Amanda and Vanessa in the front office are the most understanding, friendly & super nice people. Anytime I have had an issue they were on top of it, & respond quickly. Darren & the maintenance team are equally as amazing. I have put in work orders late in the afternoon & they were completed that same day! If your looking for a pretty property, great property team, quiet place. The Centre is where you want to be !"

"My kids and I are so blessed and happy to be here!!! The management team were there every step of the way during the application process and were so friendly and welcoming!! There was even a little welcome basket of some cleaning supplies and stuff in our new home. The appliances seem brand new! Carpets are clean!! Water is nice and hot. The views from our new home are so pretty, and the windows are nice and big. Lots of storage and shelves for organizing. Our unit is actually smaller than where we moved from, but it FEELS bigger and more open. Can't wait for next summer to use the pool. And my daughter is so excited about the playground. I'm so relieved to be living here and so blessed!"

"We have officially been here for a month and we love it here! The layout of the apartments are cozy and feel like a home. Maintenance is very kind, quick, and efficient. It is a quiet neighborhood and the grounds are always nice and clean. We feel very well taken care of and hope to stay here for a long time. We love the pool and that there is a gym facility. Our only complaint is that we are not using the laundry facilities because the machines are dirty and smell of mold."

"Mel and I have lived here five months, and we love it! Pros/cons: Pros: -- Awesome, friendly staff! Our maintenance man Levi is willing to help us out with anything, anytime. Super fast and responsive. Also the receptionist in the office is super friendly and super attractive. -- Pool -- Laundry is less than a 60 second walk from my front door. Just right down the stairs -- Big lawns and BBQ pits for great yard parties -- Freshly renovated (they literally redid everything in the whole apartment including carpet, trip, appliances, door handles, etc for us right before moving in) Cons: -- No laundry in the apartments themselves (but upon research that is a big price jump in an apartment that has that) -- The buildings are kind of old (freshly renovated, but still is obviously not new on the outside. Simply an aesthetics thing. Not disappointed once you can see what our living room looks like. See photo below)"
