"Wonderful fitness experience. I'm a 50 year old man with bad knees and shoulders. Despite my ailments, the coaches at CrossFit Continuum have been getting me back on the road to health and fitness. The coaches' exercise physiological knowledge has allowed for modifications to the workouts so that I can participate without injuring myself and even improve my flexibility and strength. Furthermore, the atmosphere is very supportive with a wide range of abilities and level present during each class.
