"The providers at Painted Rock are the most caring I have ever experienced. Scheduling is not a hassle, the front desk receptionists are kind always and my lab testing/doctor visits are made easy for me by the amazing doctors and nurses. I highly recommend this family practice to many people and always will!"

"The providers are amazing but there’s definitely some things I don’t appreciate about this practice. The front staff who answer the phone have a tendency to be snippy and act as if every phone call is a huge annoyance. I was seen Monday and got a form I needed filled out on Tuesday in regards to my appointment. Let them know I received this one form about Mondays appointment less than 48 hours after my appointment but they will not help me with my paperwork unless I schedule another appointment, which my insurance will not cover being that I was just seen. So now I have to pay hundreds of dollars being seen twice in one week over one single piece of paper that wasn’t filled out. This is disappointing to me as it feels like I am being forced into paying for a secondary visit unnecessarily as all I will be doing is sitting there as the doctor fills out the form. I felt this could have easily been done over email and I don’t appreciate the run around for getting this form filled out. Apart from that, the providers are very kind and caring, it just seems the front office and back office are two completely different experiences."

"My husband had a few visits here and initially we were in network with this provider. Apparently, somewhere along the way they stopped taking his insurance but failed to tell him this. So we had multiple visits with Dr. Pearce that were not covered at all and were completely at our expense. Had they told us this, we would not have continued to be seen here. Super disappointing and in speaking to office personnel they could not do anything for us. We were just SOL. Reply to owner below: I’ve worked in a hospital for 13 years and we always notify our patients if we no longer take their insurance. Can’t imagine billing people at 100% because we stopped taking their insurance. Sounds like an insane way to run a business. Good luck with that. In terms of offering a discount, we’ve already paid the bills in full."

"Dr. Angela Panek was truly amazing and really impressed me at my first appointment with her. She actually took the time to listen to all of my concerns and medical history. She validated everything I was feeling and didn't make me feel incompetent. Angela put me on some new medications for my back pain and thyroid problems. She had the MA, Danny (who I also really appreciated), draw my blood for a few different tests. They were both incredibly kind and walked me through everything and I did not feel rushed or like "just another patient." I have officially chosen a new doctor and I could not be happier. 10/10 recommend Dr. Panek!"

"What a special place! I am revising my review of Painted Rock and Renee Good N.P. Just wish I could give more stars. The picture is from the original review. The providers did a great job stitching my tattoo back together. This was one of the first few times I had been to Painted Rock and I had been impressed with office aesthetics, friendliness, amazing bedside manner and office teamwork. Since that review my life has become somewhat medically complex. Today all of that impression is still there but now being a patient of painted rock feels like home. I believe that I can trust them, that I am safe with them, I also know I am being heard with them, and that they will seek answers with me when something doesn’t make sense. Painted rock has become my health partner, and I am so thankful to have stumbled across this little “house” on my journey!"
