Management doesn't care about you or your pool needs. They only care about your wallet. If they reach out to you about a new start-up business, understand it's the same idiot in charge and the same person who ran front-range aquatech into the ground."

"Service guys who work here are nice. However, I would not trust anyone in the office. Jessica strung me along for 6 weeks to get service guys out. They came out finally couldn't fix the heater issue and then put me on the waitlist for another 4 weeks to get service people out again to finish the job. Now I'm stuck with a pool with no heater in June while I started getting this addressed in April. I wouldn't waste your time with this company."
