"Some gun shops can be intimidating, but all the guys at SDS are welcoming and super friendly. I've talked with just about everyone there and each one of them has taken the time to explain things I didn't know and offer good advice when helping select a new or used firearm. I'm a bit of a cheapskate, so I've made my rounds through most shops in Springs as well as attended a couple local gun shows and found SDS to have the best prices on new firearms as well as accessories. "I would love to give SDS a 5 star rating. Communication was phenomenal and information was afforded when asked for. The reason I can't leave a 5 star review is because I purchased an $11k firearm and it showed up to me absolutely filthy. I fully understood that it was a used weapon so I expected some wear but it looks like it was just used and not cleaned. As a business owner, I can't imagine shipping a dirty item to a customer. Especially at this price point. Maybe this was an oversight or and accident but when I emailed about my frustrations, I got no response when prior to purchase I could get 2-3 email responses per day. Disappointing to say the least."
