"The Orthodontist ( only one orthodontist works here not going to disclose names) threatened to remove braces and refuse service over bad Google reviews. Reviews about how I believed the service was bad. Brackets kept constantly breaking for no reason( one broke while I was eating a banana) blue fillings kept falling off. I had to keep coming back over and over again. The waiting times are ridiculous. In one instance while I was waiting in the waiting rooms this Hispanic lady was screaming at them claiming that they did an unauthorized charge on her credit card for a big sum of money and that she didn't know how she was going to pay her rent ( not sure what happened in that situation that's what I heard and what I saw)she was angry. That's why I asked them to remove my card from their system. And in one of my visits they were installing a new wire and brackets and when I got home I noticed one of my front teeth felt out of place it was twisted a bit and I could see and feel that it was twisted a bit. Even my girlfriend noticed that it was twisted I wasn't sure if that was normal so I had to go back the next day thankfully my tooth went Back into place once I removed the braces. by the way the bad reviews,I had previously deleted. the way the orthodontist refused service over a bad review and I lost money. And my teeth had to go through all the trauma of getting braces and then removing them . i tried contacting the company and they did nothing I had to get my braces removed with a different company. Keep in mind I never mistreated them I was never rude even though I saw people that were rude to them. I was always a respectful and I quiet guy. The orthodontist refused service over bad reviews PLEASE DO NOT DO TREATMENT HERE."
