We can't say enough good things about Quality House Interiors - every aspect was top notch - from product inventory, quotation, delivery, installation and then subsequent service follow through with a mishap of spilled bleach. From Janet, who helped us select the appropriate carpeting for our needs and taste, to Larry, the estimator, to the installers, Rick and Jonathan, who were very professional and did an over-the-top excellent job. We felt very well taken care of and that we mattered - so much so that we actually felt like we were always a priority! Such a welcome feeling in this world of anonymity! I would highly recommend them for any interior household projects."
"We decided on Quality House instead of a big box store in hopes we’d get better service and assistance in choosing our carpet. Sadly wrong. No advice on carpets we were looking at ie: a carpet that shows every foot print. Ugh! But the quality of how the carpet was installed was disappointing. Can see a seam and the end of the roll carpet they said would “stand up” with time. Someone did come out to stream it but It still has not improved. Carpet installed Oct 2020. No one ever called to follow up. So disappointed. Can’t recommend them."
