Local store great Solutions suck. desk and manager related to issue but no longer stocked item. Referred me to Solutions, 6 calls, confusing menu, waited 12 to 28 minutes never connecting"
"Every time I go in to pick up my horse feed they are either out of stock or say they are in stock but can’t find it. Today I waited for 10 minutes for someone to see if they had it. After I waited 10 minutes I was told they had it out back but had to unload a delivery before they could get it. This place is the Dollar General of farm supply. From now on I will pay the extra $2 a bag at the local feed store."
