We had never worked with them before, but never regretted using them. We had an idea of what we wanted in our new kitchen and Jay was able to walk us through the process to get exactly what we wanted. He also coordinated the process of picking and installing our counter tops through Rock Solid. Erik did a perfect install of our cabinets. He was very meticulous and the finished product was outstanding. We ended up with exactly the kitchen and bathrooms we wanted...we love them. It is well made and was perfectly installed.
