"UPDATE - NEW OWNERSHIP...nice people, flavor is still good, but they have gone cheap on toppings. I spent about $30 per pizza. There should be more than one piece of sausage on each piece of a thin crust pizza. Also, if you are going to sell an iconic American Chicago pizza, get help that speaks and understands English. The person at the counter had to wait for the other person to interpret. They also charged me too little, about $5 on a $90 order, and they had the audacity to come to me 10 min later and ask me to make it up, which I did. To their credit, they did give me a free desert on the way out. DON'T BE CHINTZY ON TOPPINGS, YOU WILL GET MORE CUSTOMERS. THIS IS NOW THE OLD REVIEW---->Every time I go through Denver, I grab a couple pizzas for a few days..."
"I ordered the Zeppole as I have several times in the past. This time several pieces were raw. When I called the store, they told me, “that’s the way it’s supposed to be.” I said, “I’ve never had Zeppole that were raw like this before and”. Stella (said she was the manager) said she didn’t know what to tell me because that is the way they make them and there’s nothing she could do for me. I thanked her and hung up. I checked the website and they are described as “crispy pieces of dough”. I called Stella back, she hung up on me. I called again and she answered this time. I let her know what the website said and she continued to say they are supposed to be raw. She said she could give me a $5 credit on my account but that was about it. I declined. What is $5 dollars when the item was $8 plus tax and tip! This was HORRIBLE customer service and I will likely never order from here again! Your system won’t let me attach photos. I’ll be happy to provide those via email."

"Finally was in the area and checked it out with my Chicago native wife. She said it tasted just like home. We had the combo sandwich and a slice of Pepperoni. Both had excellent flavors. We will definitely stop by every time we are in the area. Thanks automatic response machine. Say hi to the team."
