Domino's Pizza

"Michael was told I was in the store to order by another employee. Came up with multiple loads of dough. He started to make pizzas and told me he would take my order in a couple of minutes. After a couple of minutes he told me I had to order online because he has no help and is too far behind. I told him he could have taken my order before making pizzas and he started to yell at me about being short staffed more. I had my young son with me who is who actually wanted the pizza. I ordered online. After a while he made a comment that he was sorry for yelling. I ignored this. My partner arrived who is a former employee. Michael engaged in telling her that I was a liar about him yelling at me for suggesting that he had taken my order before prepairing the online orders that wouldn’t stop coming In. I told Michael not to call me a liar and he threatened to have me trespassed from the store. He got his phone and left. Another employee gave me my pizza after it arrived. I yelled in back asking him if I needed to wait for the police. The employee that gave me my pizza told me he was outside. I looked outside and asked the same thing To him to which he waved me off. He was smoking a cigarette at the back door. Which Colorado has a smoking ban that close to entrances and exits."

"I had a heck of a time ordering online because the app was glitching. So I called and they could not honor the coupon for 6.99 of any 2 or more over the phone. They were trying to charge me 80$ when it should have been 50$. Luckily I logged out the app and back in and I finally got it to take my payment, instead of a blank white screen. Food was perfect this time. The last few times were terrible. I’ve had raw bread bites before and burnt to a crisp pizza. I feel like dominoes has gone down hill a bit. It’s not just 1 location either. Hopefully they get it together or they may lose some good customers. This time food was excellent."

"I ordered a sandwich and salad for delivery. It took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and was dried out, and the salad was warm and wilting. There’s no way to report their lousy service and product on the Domino’s website. I’ll never use them again."

"Order was made without cheese do to accident during order placement. Staff (Isaac and crew) took care of it immediately and still had me out door in 15 minutes from being placed! Best Domino's location on North end.. they will do whatever it takes to make sure you are well taken care of! Thanks guys!!! Keyz"

"Thank you for great service and good pizza. The delivery driver, Brett was very patient, as I didn't know to give him the gate code and the gate wouldn't open. Then since I don't live here, just dog sitting, I gave him a left instead of a right when directing him. He was kind and the pizza is hot and delicious."
