"I love Pinon! My in laws, my husband, myself, and several other good friends of ours also go to this practice- we’ve been going here for years. All the providers are great as listening, they are active listeners, encourage questions and feedback, and are extremely thorough and knowledgeable in their plan of care, treatments, diagnoses, etc. I have to highlight one person in particular though- LAURA— Laura has been in the front office area for years, other than being an incredible administrative staff member, it’s clear she’s a great leader and worker. Beyond that though— there’s so much more. Laura goes WAY above and beyond ANY AND ALL expectations for her patients. She is so dedicated, passionate, and kindhearted, she will do anything she can to help you- whether that’s answering questions, working collaboratively with the back office clinical staff, or simply giving comforting words to anxious/new patients. Laura does it all, and with a smile on her face. She always has a smile on her face, and a light in her eyes that truly radiates the incredibly kind and loving soul and spirit she has. As a nurse, noticing these amazing assets in a staff member in such a busy practice, is a HUGE DEAL. Laura is a rare find, and truly one in a million. In my opinion, Laura is truly the heart of Pinon. THANK YOU LAURA for not only what you do in the front; but even more so, THANK YOU for all you do that remains unseen. Although you may be subtle, it doesn’t go unnoticed. With definitive confidence, I highly recommend this practice for all your primary and urgent care needs. You won’t interact with a single person that treats you less than you deserve- from my years of experiences being under their care, I’ve never been so confident and advocated for as I have being with this amazing team."

"Recently changed due to insurance and billing issues with a large hospital organization that I had been seeing for years. Pinon saw me very quick and were incredibly proactive on making sure all my medications and information was transitioned immediately. They made me feel like a valued patient who had been going there for a long time. It’s also so much nicer coming from a big hospital organization to here because I can actually call and talk to someone who will see my needs are met. There’s no level of separation and dialing numbers to talk to robots or call centers who won’t follow up. Very happy to change to this facility!"

"Rita is the most amazing provider I have ever had in my lifetime. She is thorough, kind, and clearly cares a lot about the patients under her care. When she says "I want you to see (enter other doctor here)" that's a heartfelt "I know they're going to take amazing care of you" recommendation- not just a random opening of a book and putting her finger down on a name. I absolutely love the practice as a whole and I know when I need them, they are there for me 1000%. You guys are the BEST!"

"I absolutely love the staff at Pinon Family. I have most often seen Tav, Trista, Rita or Jacqueline and they are all amazing! Additionally, Laura, Riley, and Hunter who work at the front desk are always patient, enthusiastic, and ready to assist with anything. I usually dislike going to the doctor but everyone there makes it fun and welcoming and I appreciate that atmosphere a lot! Thanks Pinon! Y'all rock!!"
