"My wife and I switched dentist from another office in the southlands mall. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. Abbie was very knowledgeable about our insurance and what to expect. Assistants were great and the Doctor was awesome. Just a great experience."

"Worst decision I ever made. Do not fall for the same trap, Find a real dental practice that will not take advantage of your oral discomfort. Do not use bright now dental they are scam artists looking to disfigure and over charge you for dental work. The staff seem untrained, incompetent, or just absolute menaces to the dental field. If I wanted untrained dental work I would have set an appointment up with dental school. I regret stepping into the office of bright now dental. it has devestated me. I have been unable to eat just about anything for almost 3 months. I have Lost over 40 lbs (I only weighed 140 to begin with) I have been to the hospital twice for starvation symptoms. And, I am lucky if I dont choke on everything I attempt to eat. The dental appliances that cost over $1000 do not fit and every attempt to adjust of fix them has lead to cancelled appointments. It seems they only want to assist when they can overcharge you for services."

"Horrible experience. First exam for my child wasn't too bad, but they were a little pushy about getting braces. Never experienced that before from a dentist. True, my child does need them, but that's my choice. Not really a huge issue. But, after the initial exam, I scheduled an appt to fix cavities, two times they cancelled without explanation. They just waited until the day of, then sent an auto-phone message saying they decided to close for the day. I can't reach them, because nobody will answer their phones. Obviously, I had to find another dentist to fix the cavities. Waste of my time."

"I had an appointment on a Friday, got X-rays and saw the dentist, was told I needed to come back for a cleaning (not a deep clean) on a different day and they would call me on Monday to schedule. A week later I hadn’t heard from them so I called and asked to schedule a cleaning. The lady I spoke to asked me if I was sure I hadn’t gotten a cleaning which kind of put me off a little, like shouldn’t that be in my file? Anyways, got scheduled for more than two weeks later. Received about five confirmation texts during that time and went to the office today to finally get my teeth cleaned. Got to the office and realized I had received a text on my way in saying my appointment had been canceled due to no staff being in the office today. Needless to say I won’t be rescheduling here and will be fighting any charges related to the visit I had over a month ago when they took X-ray’s but failed to provide me with any actual service. There are better offices all over this area, don’t make the same mistake I did."
