"Beautiful apartment homes and pricing is great. With washer, dryer and AC the rent is cheap. The layouts are super cozy and open. The location is comfortable. Move in was super easy Whitney was very helpful and understanding. She responded right away to my questions and concerns and she addressed the situation appropriately. "Future tenants BEWARE! When I was inquiring for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit I was showed the model unit. When I saw the model I liked it a lot! Kris Gudahl, from leasing had verbally stated the apartment I would be living in 3595 A, would have the same floor plan as the model unit. She insisted we put the deposit and do the application. That was my mistake for believing her the unit available 12/17/21 would look like the model unit. I then completed the application and gave the $500 deposit thinking the unit 3596 A unit would have central AC unit and same floor plan as model unit. Keep in mind I trusted their word more specifically kris. When the unit became available because they had “remodeled” the unit it did not look or have the same floor plan as the model unit I was showed. The unit that we were supposed to be moving into has no central AC unit or same floor plan. The unit did have new floors, washer, and dryer but the bathrooms were not full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a shower not a full bath like the model, the kitchen, living room were much smaller than the model unit. The kitchen was beat up specially the stove, pantry , and fridge. At that point I left and told kris me and my husband would think about it what we wanted to do. She said we would not be getting the $500 deposit back and wanted to get us into another unit that would be available until January. She kept saying the other units available in January would look like the unit we were supposed to move into, so basically NOT what the model looks like. Then kris kept pressuring us to make a decision and you can see from the text messages. Keep in mind we had 7 days until 12/24/21 to decide what we wanted to do on the unit we put a deposit on. I was so upset that they had ripped us off of $500!! If you are thinking of moving here make sure you see the unit you will be living in before processing the application because if you sign the application term conditions you are out of luck and out of $500, because they will state the model will look like they unit you will live at but in reality it won’t. Make sure to look at another place where they are honest and don’t try to rip you off!! I’m glad we did not move in because they also were charging us another $500 that were not going towards our rent they were just going to keep it for not having rental history even though our credit score is good. Go somewhere else because this place will rip you off!!"
