"Employees seem nice but that manager is something else, major attitude. Would not recommend to anyone, laundry room is filthy, no breakfast like ad claimed. People are super unfriendly. Cleaning crew are jerks . Do Not come here. It snowed alot and they didn't plow or shovel stairs for guests staying here. You can hear any noise in other rooms"

"Got to give it 5 stars…. Have been here over a month. It is an older property, however we have the deluxe king & for the size of the room; the price is right! Very friendly staff and location is awesome!"

"Came into a room that had been tended to save for the lack of a remote control, the smell of feces, skid marks and dried urine on toilet seat. With this atrocious and filthy state of the room I went to the front desk. The only solution being I could move to another room or check out. A simple 25 bucks off would’ve bought me dinner and pretended to care about their clientele. Needless to say Britany enjoyed repeating the options and apologized for how I felt. Condescending and not customer centered. She showcased her lack of maturity and experience in providing customer service. I’m excited that a business can just push people away in todays economy. Especially, when an easy solution would’ve kept revenue coming in. All that said, I checked out, finishing writing this and going to ANYPLACE other than Extended Stay America. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"Everyone but the general manager was great to me and my girlfriend the whole 3 months we were there. The general manager was going to have my car towed told me I was gonna have time to fix it, but ended up taking my car anyways and costing me an extra 400+ dollars because she lied to me and even though I went up the corporate ladder and try to get this fixed, she told them that protocol was followed when she didn’t even give me a full day to fix this. So now I am out 400+ dollars because I missed a day of work and had to pay $380 to get the car out of the impound lot because the general manager decided to lie to everyone and say that fall protocol when I have proof that she told me something completely different. I will never come back to this location and will tell everyone to stay away from here here as long as that trash general manager is still there."

"This hotel is sad excuse for a hotel...more like crack row To say the least. There are nothing but drug addicts. Crackheads and bums knocking on your door for cigarettes. Every single day not to mention the police there every night and day...front desk doesn't do anything about it and the manager is despicable! Our microwave literally blew up with a frozen burrito in it and somehow that was our fault... even tho it was supposed to be mounted above the stove and the button to open it was already broken and hard to get it open to use in general. I suppose you get what you pay for low rates. Bad customer service, disgusting room, uncomfortable beds, disgusting bathrooms. And you literally have to pay for Towels and take your own trash out... not a hotel at all!!!"
